DIETER HOCHHEIMER - C REX ADVISORY MEMBER
Dieter Hochheimer began his career in real estate with Marcus & Millichap in Los Angeles in the late 1980s. Soon after, he moved into Acquisitions and Sales of multi-family properties with RW Selby & Company of Los Angeles from 1989 to 1992. From there he moved on to helping build a portfolio of investment properties for Morgan Browning Capital in Beverly Hills from 1993 to 1995.
In 1996 he joined SCI Real Estate Investments. Along with sourcing acquisitions and the sales of residential and commercial properties for SCI, Mr. Hochheimer also worked as a broker for RE/MAX Commercial Brokerage which was co-founded and owned by SCI.
When the commercial market went on a downtrend in 2008 he started working with tREO Capital Group, buying discounted Single Family homes at trustee sale auctions and from lenders. Currently he is forming an investment fund to buy distressed assets and discounted notes.
